Dear WSATA Colleagues,

We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the summer months. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2026 WSATA Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium due to low registration. While we were looking forward to gathering with everyone, the current level of participation does not allow us to provide the experience we had planned for our members, presenters, and sponsors.

We sincerely appreciate the continued support and involvement of our members. Thank you to those who registered and planned to attend. We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. Cynthia Wright, treasurer, will be working to process refunds for individuals who had already registered. Please allow us some time to complete this process. If there are any issues, please reach out to Cynthia directly via email at treasurer@wsata.org.
