ABOUT THE MEETING
 

The 2026 WSATA Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium will take place at MultiCare University in Puyallup, WA on Saturday, July 25, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  We are looking forward to seeing friends and colleagues!  The agenda includes educational sessions, lunch (included with registration), and an opportunity to interact with our sponsors.

 

The educational content of this meeting is designed to meet the continuing education needs of Athletic Trainers. Athletic Trainers can earn up to 6.5 BOC Category A CEUs if all sessions are attended.

REGISTRATION

Registration is a two-part process. 

  1. Complete the Google Registration Form with attendee demographics

  2. Proceed to the link provided at the end of the Google Registration Form to pay via PayPal.  You can pay via check payable to WSATA by mailing payment to Cynthia Wright (WSATA Treasurer) at Whitworth University, 300 W. Hawthorne Road, Spokane, WA 99251.

 

Fee Schedule:  Late fee goes into effect after July 6th.

  • NATA MEMBERS: $80 ($95 AFTER 7/6/26)

  • NON-MEMBERS: $110 ($125 AFTER 7/6/26)

  • STUDENT/RETIRED*: $20

  • PRESENTER: WAIVED

*Fees for student or retired ATs cover the cost of the provided lunch and refreshments.

Policies


Cancellation/Refund Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the event they may request via email to the WSATA treasurer and
WSATA meeting coordinator to (a) transfer the payment to pay for another member of their institution or
organization, (b) transfer the payment towards a seat at the same event next year (any difference in cost
would be the responsibility of the attendee), or (c) request a refund. The following policies apply to refund
requests.


● All requests must be made via email to treasurer@wsata.org with the subject line “WSATA
meeting refund”. The email should provide the registrant’s full name, address, event date, and (if
applicable) NATA membership number.
● Registrations canceled more than 10 days before the event will be refunded the full amount
minus a $10 administrative fee
● Registrations canceled less than 10 days before the event refunded the full amount minus a $20
administrative fee.
● Members who do not show are not eligible for a refund but may apply their registration fee to the
following year’s conference provided they contact the WSATA within 30 days of the meeting
conclusion. Any difference in cost will be the responsibility of the registrant. 

 

Certificate Issuance Policy
In order to receive a CE certificate, the attendee must (a) attend the session, (b) complete the speaker
evaluations, and (c) complete the session assessment/quiz. The CE certificate will be provided via email
to the email address provided by the attendee (via the google registration form). If the attendee needs to
request a reissuance of the CE certificate, a $10 administrative fee will be charged.
